1. Information about Invexa
Invexa Sàrl or Invexa LLC (hereinafter “Invexa”), with its registered office at Cours des Bastions 13, 1205 Geneva, acts as an independent insurance intermediary for the following insurance lines:
- Life insurance
- Qualified life insurance
- Property and casualty insurance
- Supplementary health insurance
From the outset of the collaboration, an advisor is appointed to help the customer manage his or her insurance affairs. This person is the customer's direct contact and assumes responsibility for all insurance matters.
Invexa Sàrl is a company registered in the Swiss Commercial Register under the identification number (IDE) CHE-238.643.992.
Invexa Sàrl is entered in the public register of insurance intermediaries kept by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) under the number F01537672.
2. Information on initial and continuing training
Invexa attaches the utmost importance to the accuracy and seriousness of its advice, as well as to the professionalism with which customers are looked after. To this end, it ensures that training and further training are ongoing.

3. Data protection
Invexa Sàrl attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. The personal and administrative information we receive is treated confidentially and used exclusively for our insurance intermediary activities. In particular, it is used to analyze your current and future needs, to prepare customized offers, and to transmit the necessary data - including medical data, where applicable - to the insurance companies concerned for the purpose of evaluating your application and drawing up the insurance contract.
Invexa may keep a copy of contractual documents in its files. Invexa may also receive information from the insurer relating to the management of the contract, in particular concerning the acceptance of the application, the status of the contract, payments or its cancellation.
To the extent necessary for the performance of the contract, insurance companies may transfer certain data to third parties located in Switzerland or abroad, such as co-insurers, reinsurers or other entities in the same group.
All processed data is used in accordance with current Swiss data protection legislation (DPA). They are used for risk assessment, claims management, contract administration, as well as for financial and statistical processing necessary for the follow-up of the file between Invexa and the insurer concerned.
Data is stored securely, in electronic and/or paper format, for the length of time required by Swiss law.
4. Responsibilities
We carry out our assignments with the utmost care and to the best of our knowledge. The company is covered by professional liability insurance underwritten by Allianz Suisse Société d'Assurances SA, with a cover of CHF 2,000,000 per insurance year for pecuniary damage.
5. Compensation information
Invexa Sàrl receives brokerage commissions from insurance companies, which are included in the premiums paid by the customer. These commissions correspond to standard market practice and are calculated as a percentage of insurance premiums.
Before signing a brokerage agreement, Invexa informs the customer of the basis of calculation, the applicable ranges or the estimated amount of commissions expected, depending on the information available on the customer's insurance portfolio. By signing the agreement, the client confirms that he/she has been informed of this remuneration and waives any right to reimbursement of commissions.
On request, Invexa will disclose the amounts actually received. Additional services may be offered and will be subject to a pre-agreed fee.
Insurance brokerage activities are exempt from VAT in Switzerland (Art. 21, para. 18, letter d VAT Act). In the event of a change in this regulation, the applicable VAT will be charged in addition. Inv
6. Collaboration with customers and insurance companies
Invexa Sàrl works with the main insurers approved by the Swiss supervisory authorities, including health insurers and recognized collective and joint foundations. These partnerships enable us to offer our customers a wide range of insurance solutions tailored to their needs, and to support them in taking out and managing policies. However, Invexa operates with complete legal, economic and organizational independence from insurance companies.
Our primary mission is to defend our customers' interests with objectivity, transparency and diligence. We assist them in the underwriting and management of their insurance contracts and, where necessary, in the handling of claims, ensuring that their rights are safeguarded and that solutions are found quickly, fairly and in line with best market practice.
As a trusted partner, Invexa ensures professional and rigorous follow-up throughout the business relationship. Premiums are collected directly by the insurance companies, guaranteeing clear, secure management in line with Swiss financial market standards.
